1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Have all tags, packaging, and lace uncut
- Be returned in its original packaging
Items that are damaged, altered, or used will not be accepted for returns.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method at your own cost.
- After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or special order wigs
- Wigs that have been worn, styled, washed, or altered
- Sale or discounted items (Final Sale)
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued with another Product.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If a return is rejected due to non-compliance with our policy, the item will be sent back to you.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different style or color, it must meet our return conditions. The new item will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned product.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
